Who we are

1028 Merge: Number Puzzle is a mobile puzzle game developed and published by Veritas Studios.

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to 1028 Merge: Number Puzzle, package name com.suman.merge1024. It explains what information the app uses, how information may be processed, and the privacy choices available to users.

Information stored only on your device

Your game data is stored locally in the application's private storage on your device. This may include the name and gender you choose during setup, which may be used to personalize parts of the game experience, as well as scores, records, statistics, virtual coins, daily missions and rewards, achievements, unlocked or equipped themes, and settings such as sound, music, haptics and notifications.

This locally stored game information is not transmitted to Veritas Studios. 1028 Merge: Number Puzzle does not require users to create a Veritas Studios account, and Veritas Studios does not operate a server that receives this locally stored game information.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

1028 Merge: Number Puzzle uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. The app may display rewarded advertisements, interstitial advertisements and app-open advertisements.

Rewarded advertisements may be voluntarily watched by users in exchange for in-game benefits such as continuing a game, receiving additional virtual coins, accessing bonus missions or using temporary game features.

To provide advertisements, measure advertising performance and help prevent fraud, Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as your advertising ID, IP address, device information, app information, and advertising interactions such as impressions and clicks.

Depending on your region, settings and privacy choices, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

Consent and your privacy choices

Where required by applicable laws and regulations, including certain regions such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland and applicable U.S. states, the app may display Google's consent interface before advertising services are requested.

Where available, you may review or change your privacy choices through the privacy options provided within the app.

You may also manage advertising preferences, reset or delete your advertising ID, or control personalized advertising through your Android device settings where these options are supported.

Notifications

If you grant notification permission, 1028 Merge: Number Puzzle may schedule local notifications for game-related reminders, such as daily missions, rewards or other game events.

These notifications are generated locally on your device. You can disable notifications through the app's settings or through Android system settings.

Sharing

If you use a feature such as Challenge Friend, 1028 Merge: Number Puzzle may open your device's Android sharing interface with information such as your game score.

You choose whether to share the information and which external application or service receives it. Veritas Studios does not automatically transmit this information.

Ratings

1028 Merge: Number Puzzle may use Google Play functionality that allows users to rate or review the app.

Information submitted to Google Play is processed by Google according to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Virtual currency and purchases

1028 Merge: Number Puzzle may include virtual coins and rewards earned through gameplay or optional rewarded advertisements.

These virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The app does not currently offer real-money in-app purchases unless otherwise stated on its Google Play listing.

Permissions

Depending on your Android version and the app features available on your device, 1028 Merge: Number Puzzle may use permissions or system capabilities for:

• Network connectivity information
• Displaying advertisements
• Advertising ID access through supported advertising services
• Notifications
• Restoring locally scheduled reminders after your device restarts

The app does not intentionally access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location as part of its normal functionality.

Veritas Studios does not sell users' personal information.

Third-party services integrated into 1028 Merge: Number Puzzle, including Google AdMob and Google Play services, may independently collect or process certain information for purposes such as advertising, security, analytics, fraud prevention and service operation.

Information processed by these third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Data retention and deletion

Game information stored locally by 1028 Merge: Number Puzzle remains on your device until you clear the application's data or uninstall the application. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes locally stored game information from the device.

Information independently processed by Google or other third-party services is retained and deleted according to the policies of those service providers.

Because 1028 Merge: Number Puzzle does not currently require a Veritas Studios user account, there is no separate Veritas Studios account containing your game information that requires an account deletion request.

Children's privacy

1028 Merge: Number Puzzle is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

Veritas Studios does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account system operated by Veritas Studios.

Third-party services used by the app are subject to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.

Data security

Veritas Studios takes reasonable measures to limit the collection and handling of user information.

Game information described in this policy as locally stored remains within the app's private storage on your device unless you independently choose to share information using another application or service.

Information processed by third-party services is protected according to the security practices and policies of those service providers.

Changes to this policy

Veritas Studios may update this Privacy Policy when the functionality of 1028 Merge: Number Puzzle, its data practices, third-party services or legal requirements change.
